Cody Ritter is President and Estimator at BASE Construction & Management. Cody believes that construction management isn’t just about finishing a project but creating a partnership. With nearly 20 years of upper management experience, Cody has established an extensive and diverse group of networks within the construction industry. Through his years he has grown his client relations substantially. He demonstrates his knowledge and expertise within the industry through the construction bidding and budgeting process. He is well versed in conceptual estimating through competitive hard bit environments.
KC Merry | Vice President
KC Merry is Vice President and Sr. Project Manager at BASE Construction & Management. KC believes in creating lasting relationships through the process of construction management. Throughout his 25 years in the construction industry, KC began doing the very hands on tasks which led him into his career as an established project manager. KC has successfully managed and completed nearly $500 million new construction and renovation projects for both new and repeat clients including: single and multi-family residential, retail in-fill, business office, hospitality, medical, religious, and university markets.
